Most teachers don’t seem to understand that when someone decides to learn the guitar, it’s because they want to enjoy playing music.  Guitar lessons should not be stressful or full of technical details that you don’t care about.   

So, why do you want to play guitar?

It could be a dream of writing songs and singing your thoughts to the world.

Or maybe you want to be able to sit down with other musicians and jam.  

Many people just want to sit in their houses and have fun making music all by themselves or with family.

Whatever your goals are with the guitar, your lessons should help you achieve them as soon as possible.  There is no reason to learn anything about the guitar that doesn’t help you reach your personal goals.

In your first lesson, we will form a lesson plan focused on your unique ideas about the guitar and what you would like to be able to do with it.
